Kevin will look after all permits and city inspections and will be there for you for the next two years to make sure any warranty claims are looked after. Planning is the key to a successful project, change is expensive both monetarily and in the time we're in your home. One thing we have learned over the years is the longer we are in a customer’s home the less happy they become. - With that in mind, we provide you with a schedule of the construction process and timing so that you understand what is happening and when. We will require a weekly meeting with you to help communicate the process and deal with any of your concerns you may have with the project.
- Another tool that we use is a set of specifications we start with. This gives you the best value as it can be tweaked to suit your certain needs and style. This spec. sheet then becomes part of our contract to guarantee you get what you are paying for.
